The Leader in you is direction, responsibility and influence. When a decision needs making and no one is making it, you provide direction; when energy is scattered, you gather it and give it common sense. You take on visibility with responsibility, which is the uncomfortable part of the role: standing in front also means answering for it. People orient themselves around you not because you impose, but because with you the direction is clear.
Its reverse is the same gift taken too far. When responsibility becomes identity, you can overload yourself or confuse your worth with what you carry: if you're not bearing the weight, it feels like you're not contributing. Delegating starts to feel like failing. The medicine is leading with clarity and delegation, not overload: sharing the weight doesn't reduce your direction, it makes it sustainable and lets those with you grow.
