1. Contact and response times
You can write to us at ovinchi@ovinchi.com for any query about your account, purchases, content or how the app works.
Service provider: Fernando Granado Castillo, Spanish Tax ID (NIF) 02668882P, Calle Francisco Rivera, 28200 San Lorenzo del Escorial, Madrid, Spain.
We handle requests as soon as possible. Requests related to data protection rights are generally answered within one month, extendable in the cases provided for by the GDPR.
2. Subscriptions and credits
Ovinchi offers free features, credits, one-time purchases and subscriptions. The price, period, content, renewal and specific conditions are shown before you confirm the purchase and prevail for that transaction.
- •Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, according to the information shown by the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- •Billing and refunds are managed by the store where you purchased.
- •Cancelling prevents future renewals but usually keeps access until the already-paid period ends.
- •Purchases can be restored when the store and product allow it.
- •Promotional, monthly or additional credits may have different rules. The app shows your balance and consumption.
3. How to cancel a subscription
Cancellation is always done in the store where you purchased the subscription, not inside Ovinchi.
- •iPhone or iPad (App Store): Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Ovinchi → Cancel subscription. Apple support.
- •Android (Google Play): Google Play app → profile photo → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Ovinchi → Cancel subscription. Google Play support.
Subscription and account are separate matters
Deleting your Ovinchi account does not guarantee the cancellation of a subscription billed by Apple or Google. You must cancel the renewal in the relevant store. Likewise, cancelling the subscription does not delete the account or its data.
4. Refunds
Payments are processed and refunded through the Apple App Store or Google Play, so requests must be handled through their channels. This does not affect any legal rights you may have as a consumer against Ovinchi: if you have a problem, write to us at ovinchi@ovinchi.com and we will help you.
Unless there is a technical error attributable to Ovinchi or a legal requirement, a consultation or generation is deemed consumed once processing starts correctly and produces a usable result.
5. Deleting your account and data
Account deletion is requested from within the app itself. The account is deactivated immediately and, after the standard 30-day grace period, the account, database, storage and authentication data are purged, except for anonymized, locked or legally required information.
If you cannot access the app to complete the process, write to us at ovinchi@ovinchi.com from the email associated with your account and we will handle it. We may ask you for identity verification to protect your account.
You can also request an export of your data: we generate a file and send it to the email associated with your account.
6. Exercising your privacy rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent free of charge by writing to ovinchi@ovinchi.com and indicating which right you are exercising.
You will find the full details in the Privacy Policy. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid.
7. Common technical issues
- •My subscription does not appear after paying: close and reopen the app, and use the restore purchases option. If it persists, write to us stating the store and the purchase date.
- •I don't receive notifications: check the device's notification permissions and the preferences inside the app.
- •A chart comes out incomplete or incorrect: verify that the date, time and place of birth are correct. If you do not know the exact time, the result may be less accurate.
- •I can't sign in with Google or Apple: check that you are using the same account you registered with; that provider's own terms also apply.
