Ovinchi Terms of Use and Legal Notice

These terms govern access to Ovinchi, operated by Fernando Granado Castillo, Spanish Tax ID (NIF) 02668882P, registered address at Calle Francisco Rivera, 28200 San Lorenzo del Escorial, Madrid, Spain. Contact: ovinchi@ovinchi.com.

By creating an account or using the service, the user confirms that they have read and accept these terms. The Privacy Policy is provided separately and describes the data processing carried out. Optional consents are not granted merely by accepting these terms.

Persons under 14 years of age may not create an account. Users aged 14 to 17 declare that they have the authorization and supervision of their legal guardian. The guardian is responsible for authorizing purchases, reviewing appropriate use and helping the minor understand the interpretive nature of the content.

Ovinchi provides self-knowledge and wellbeing tools, including BaZi, astrological and Human Design charts, graphology, palm analysis, journaling and dream interpretation, goals, mood tracking, consultations, compatibility readings, integrated profiles, daily recommendations, meditations and connection with specialists where that feature is available.

Specific availability depends on the version, country, device, plan, credits and technical status. Ovinchi may improve, replace or discontinue features, respecting acquired rights and communicating material changes where appropriate.

The systems used are based on interpretive frameworks and automated models. They may produce errors or unexpected results. Users must verify important decisions with qualified professionals and must not act solely on the basis of Ovinchi.

In a medical, psychological or safety emergency, users must contact emergency services or competent professionals. Ovinchi is not a crisis service.

• •The user will provide reasonably accurate information and keep their email address up to date.
• •The account is personal and may not be transferred or shared in a way that compromises its security.
• •The user will report unauthorized access to ovinchi@ovinchi.com.
• •Ovinchi may require re-authentication to export data, delete the account or perform sensitive actions.
• •If Google or Apple is used to sign in, that provider's own terms also apply.

Some charts require date, time and place of birth. If the user does not provide them, that feature may not be available. Sex and marital status are optional and only affect certain content adaptations. Images, audio, journal entries and other contributions are also voluntary and requested within the context of the relevant feature.

The user retains ownership of the text, images, audio and other content they contribute. They represent that they have the right to use it and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

The user grants Ovinchi a non-exclusive, limited, revocable and royalty-free license to host, technically copy, transmit to necessary processors, analyze and display the content solely for the purpose of providing, protecting and technically improving the requested service. This license does not authorize selling the content or training general-purpose models, whether Ovinchi’s own or third parties’, without a valid legal basis and additional notice.

The license ends when the content or account is deleted, except for locked copies, legal obligations, security records and the technical deletion periods described in the Privacy Policy.

If the user enters data about a partner, family member, friend, associate or other person for a compatibility reading, they represent that they have sufficient authorization. They must not enter secrets, clinical information, credentials, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive data belonging to third parties.

Ovinchi may offer free features, credits, one-time purchases and subscriptions. The price, period, content, renewal, trial and specific conditions are shown before confirming the purchase and prevail for that transaction.

• •Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, according to the information shown by the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• •Billing and refunds are handled by the store. The user must use its channels, without prejudice to their legal rights against Ovinchi.
• •Cancelling prevents future renewals but generally keeps access active until the end of the period already paid for.
• •Purchases may be restored where the store and the product allow it.
• •Promotional, monthly or additional credits may follow different rules. The app will display the user's balance and consumption.
• •Unless there is a technical error attributable to Ovinchi or a legal requirement, a consultation or generation is considered consumed once processing starts correctly and produces a usable result.

The user agrees to use Ovinchi lawfully, respectfully and consistently with its purpose. The following are prohibited:

• •Impersonating others, violating anyone's privacy, or entering third-party data without authorization.
• •Sending unlawful, threatening, discriminatory or sexually abusive content, content that exploits minors, or content that incites real harm.
• •Using the service to harass, diagnose, screen, discriminate against or make harmful decisions about other people.
• •Attempting to access other users' accounts, bypassing limits, abusively automating requests, scraping data or compromising the infrastructure.
• •Copying, reselling or commercially exploiting the service, prompts, models, designs or bulk results without authorization.
• •Introducing malware, credentials, full banking details or material that infringes intellectual property rights.

Ovinchi may use automated filters and limited review to prevent abuse, fraud or risky content. It may reject a request, temporarily limit features, or suspend or cancel an account where there is a serious breach, risk to third parties, fraud, a legal obligation or a technical threat.

Where reasonable and legally possible, Ovinchi will explain the reason and allow the user to get in touch to review the decision. Suspension does not remove consumer rights or prevent the exercise of data protection rights.

The application, brand, logo, interface, design, software, calculation engines, selection and structure of content, prompts, documentation and other proprietary materials belong to Ovinchi or are used under license. The user is granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the service in accordance with these terms.

Generated results may contain elements similar to content from other users or in the public domain. Ovinchi does not guarantee exclusivity or registrability of any given result. Users may use their results for personal purposes, respecting third-party rights and without presenting them as professional advice from Ovinchi.

Ovinchi relies on third-party stores, authentication, cloud, AI, audio and email providers. Their services are also governed by their own terms. Ovinchi selects reasonable providers and applies contractual safeguards, but does not control interruptions or changes entirely outside its scope.

Ovinchi seeks to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates, capacity limits, provider errors or force majeure events may occur. Ovinchi will attempt to restore the service and preserve rights associated with purchases or credits in accordance with the law.

The user is responsible for evaluating the results and for the decisions they make. Ovinchi is not liable for damages arising from treating the content as diagnosis, a certain prediction or professional advice, nor from use contrary to these terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury where this cannot be legally limited, breach of essential obligations, statutory warranties, or non-waivable consumer rights. Any limitation will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

The user may stop using the service, cancel their subscription through the store and request account deletion. These are separate actions. Ovinchi may discontinue the service for legitimate reasons, communicating material changes and respecting paid periods, refunds or compensation where legally applicable.

Ovinchi may update these terms due to legal, technical or product changes. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect. Where they substantially alter the contract, new acceptance may be requested. Continuing to use the service after an amendment does not replace any specific consent required by law.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If the user is a consumer, this choice does not deprive them of the mandatory protection of their country of residence or of access to the competent courts under consumer protection rules. Before initiating any dispute, the parties will try to resolve the matter through ovinchi@ovinchi.com.

If any clause is held invalid, the remaining clauses will remain in force and the affected clause will be interpreted in the valid manner closest to its intended purpose. Failure to exercise a right does not amount to a waiver.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

The Ovinchi brand, logo, design, text, images, software and other proprietary elements are protected. Their reproduction, distribution, transformation or commercial exploitation is not permitted except with written permission or a legal exception.

4. External links and content

Links to stores, providers, social media or external pages are provided to facilitate access to information. Ovinchi does not control all of their content nor is it responsible for changes outside its control, without prejudice to removing unlawful links of which it becomes actually aware.

5. Communications

Messages sent to ovinchi@ovinchi.com will be used to respond to the request. Marketing communications will require consent where applicable and will always include a simple way to unsubscribe.

6. Similar technologies and permissions

The application may use SDKs and local technologies for authentication, security, notifications, analytics and operation. Microphone, camera, photo or notification permissions will be requested in the context of the relevant feature and can be managed from the device. Where applicable, the website will display its cookie and similar-technology banner before activating any non-essential elements.

7. Version and precedence

This version 2.0 replaces the version dated January 26, 2026, from its effective date. If translations are published, the Spanish version is the reference for interpretation, without prejudice to any rights the user may have in their own language and country.
